We have worked hard to establish trust and we will continue to operate with honesty & integrity.
There are many policies & protocols that we have adopted to help combat Covid-19
We operate with minimal employees on site, more often service technicians are dispatched from their home. Employees are permitted to travel to and from our office location and/or job location. Our office hours will remain as normal with our on-call 24hr emergency services available. We are committed to the safety and wellness of those we serve and our Walker team members. These are the covid-19 precautions we’ve put into place for our technicians prior to visiting your home.
- Health is our priority. If a technician notices any signs of illness, they will be instructed to stay home and self-quarantine.
- Our team is carrying disinfectant and use it regularly.
- Technicians are required to wash their hands before and after each appointment.
- Technicians will avoid handshakes and maintain safe distance during their visit.
As we may be spending a bit more time at home, it’s important to continue to maintain a healthy home environment. We are providing information on the benefits of an AC Tune-up in regards to efficiency and air quality, as well as a whole home electronic air cleaner and UV Lights.
